Human Chakra System

The chakras are not physical. They are aspects of consciousness in the same way that the auras are aspects of consciousness The chakras are more dense than the auras, but not as dense as the physical body, but they interact with the physical body through two major vehicles, the endocrine system and the nervous system. Our chakras are the energetic ‘devices’ through which we exchange and maintain our bioenergetics level and that the energies of our chakras can vary in quality, to have awareness of what is going on in our chakras is vital to our wellbeing. The study of 7 chakras originates in Eastern spiritual traditions that consider the seven primary chakras the basis of our human existence.
Similarly, today’s Western approaches place en emphasis on the seven chakras as representations of different aspects of our life and describe their function in various terms encompassing the psychological, physical, energetic and spiritual.

7 Major Chakras Overview

Each of the seven chakras is associated with one of the seven endocrine glands, and also with a particular group of nerves called a plexus. Thus, each chakra can be associated with particular parts of the body and particular functions within the body controlled by that plexus or that endocrine gland associated with that chakra.

The basic human chakra system, as it is commonly accepted, consists of seven chakras stretching from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Their names, locations and corresponding chakra colors are:

1. Root chakra — base of the spine — red
2. Sacral chakra — just below the navel — orange
3. Solar Plexus chakra — stomach area — yellow
4. Heart chakra — center of the chest — green
5. Throat chakra — base of the throat — blue
6. Third Eye chakra — forehead, just above area between the eyes — indigo
7. Crown chakra — top of the head — violet

Sometimes, a Sanskrit name is used instead of plain English because the study of the chakra system as we know it in our modern Western culture originates mostly from yogic traditions from India. You’ll sometimes find them referenced as:

1. “Muladhara”
2. “Svadhishthana”
3. “Manipura”
4. “Anahata”
5. “Vishuddha”
6. “Ajna”
7. “Sahasrara”

The Seven Chakras in the Human Body

The seven chakras are commonly associated with the following parts of the body:

• The first one to the perineum, in the coccyx area
• The second one to the lower belly, seen a few inches below the navel
• The third one to the solar plexus
• The fourth one to the center of the chest, slightly to the left of the physical heart
• The fifth one to the throat, at the carotid plexus
• The sixth one to the point between the eyebrows or “third eye”
• The seventh one to the top of the cranium

It’s important to remember that the location of the seven chakras varies slightly depending on the traditions or school of thoughts. Some may place the second one slightly to the left of the body, at the level of the spleen, while others will place it lower at the level of the gonads.

Even though the 7 chakras are associated with specific parts of the body, they are not “physical” entities per se, but belong to the realm of “subtle energy”.  They can be described at the crossroad of the material and the immaterial, the biological and the spiritual, and pertain to the body, mind, and spirit all together.

The 7 Chakra System

The 7 chakras are part of the most commonly known chakra system made of seven energy centers located along the spine and ending in the brain, from the perineum area to the top of the head.

The mainstream chakra system is based on a Hindu chakra system that recognizes seven distinct “wheels” or “centers” of energy that are perpetually in motion along the human body’s spinal column. Each possessing its own color and vibrational frequency, these wheels are the catalysts of consciousness and human function. They govern various emotional issues, from our survival instincts and self-esteem to our ability to communicate and experience love.

Chakra Balancing

A large part of getting to know how to work with your chakras involves chakra balancing. A chakra blockage and imbalance in one or several of 7 chakras can initiate mental, emotional, physical and/or spiritual ailments. Regardless of whether you use chakra stones, crystals, cosmic energy , or another form of vibrational healing to restore chakra balance, being well-versed about chakra systems, their function, and the areas they govern can be invaluable.

Balancing chakras and healing with the chakra energy system requires a working knowledge of chakras and their functions.

Beyond The Seven Chakra System

It is important to understand we are all made of pure energy and we share it with the Earth — which gives and sustains life. That being said, the more intricate 12 chakra system illustrates just how closely we are “tied” to the planet. Stretching from an estimated three feet below the earth’s surface to deep into space is a cord of energy that links each and every human being to the planet and the universe.

4th dimensional chakras  are solid and light and connect us to our personal and galactic communication center. When working with the higher dimensional chakras you are also bringing through more “light”, which raises your vibration which in turn gives you access to higher vibrational experiences such as unconditional love, generosity, joy, being in nature and appreciating more, clarity, relaxation, positive decisions, thinking good of others, being conscious of your actions and the effects of those upon others.  All of these and more are all a part of the New Earth/Aquarian Age that we can all be a part of co-creating. To access these energies or this level one would have normally gone through quite a lot of personal and spiritual work and have passed through a number of initiations, lessons, transformation etc or otherwise what is known as “the dark night of the soul”.  It is something which has to be experienced fully on all levels physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually – once through it you now “know” through experience your existence as a divine spiritual being.  It’s not a thought or a belief that sits outside of your body.8th Chakra into the crown (blue white)   Crown center (just above the top), then

5^th Dimensional Chakras

There are seven fifth-dimensional chakras, chakras sixteen to twenty-two.

16^th – base                   Platinum                      I AM grounded in pure spirit

17^th – sacral                 Magenta                      I AM the Divine Feminine

18^th – solar plexus       Gold with Rainbows   I AM a Galactic Master

19^th – heart                  Pure White                  I AM cosmic love

20^th – throat                Royal Blue                   I AM Co-Creator with God

21^st – third eye             Crystal                         I AM THAT I AM

22^nd – crown                Crystal

These are the chakras belonging to our Light-Being and they emit Pure Light.

The 16^th Chakra – the 5^th dimensional base center, is platinum and aligned with the dolphin ray of wisdom.  When you bring in your 5^th dimensional base chakra, you step onto the Ascension pathway and offer service based on a solid spiritual foundation.  You now seek people to whom you can impact your sacred knowledge.

The 17^th Chakra – the 5^th dimensional sacral center, is a shimmering magenta pink, the energy of the Divine Feminine or Goddess.  It opens when you feel true Oneness with All That  Is, with the plant and mineral kingdoms, with the brotherhood/sisterhood of humanity.  It activates when you are ready to integrate the qualities of wisdom, compassion and generosity into your life.

The 18^th Chakra – the 5^th dimensional solar plexus, is deep gold with rainbow lights shimmering in it.  You are now ready to access all your past-life wisdom and connect with other galaxies.  Often at this level, consciously or unconsciously, you act as an ambassador for Earth to other planets.  This usually takes place in your sleep.

The 19^th Chakra – the 5^th dimensional heart centre, is now aligning with the great cosmic heartbeat.  It is pure white and brings in the Christ consciousness, which is total detached love and acceptance for all life forms.

The 20^th Chakra – the 5^th dimensional throat centre, becomes royal blue.  This chakra enters when you are ready to accept full responsibility as a co-ruler with the Divine.  Until this point, part of you may wish to place God on a pedestal outside yourself, rather than recognizing the wisdom, power and might of God within.

The 21^st Chakra – the 5^th dimensional third eye, becomes crystal clear.  It evolves into the crystal ball of the seer, the sage, the one who knows all, witnesses all, yet makes no judgement.

The 22^nd Chakra – the 5^th dimensional crown, becomes crystal clear as you merge fully with your Monad and start looking up into the angelic realms.

6^th Dimensional Chakras

There are seven sixth-dimensional chakras, twenty-three to twenty-nine.  Silver Light shimmers through the pale ethereal colors of the chakras.

There are seven seventh-dimensional chakras, thirty to thirty six.  Gold light shimmers through the pale ethereal colors of the chakras.

30^th – base                   Gold Cream                            I AM grounded in love

32^nd  – solar plexus       Gold Pale Ruby                       I AM cosmic wisdom
